4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. 4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ps888 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts, as published in the platform's fee schedule. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by ps888 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. 12.1 By ps888. ps888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity has occurred; (c) the account poses a regulatory or compliance risk; or (d) the player has provided false information.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any amounts owed to ps888) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or investigations are pending.
12.3 By You. You may close your ps888 account at any time by contacting ps888 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closing your account does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.
ps888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
